Great Owners, awesome location as long as you don't mind the loud noises of the trains, people, and vehicles. Plenty of restaurants nearby and delivery is within an hour. Fish markets and grocery stores everywhere. Great Neighborhood but dangerous. Just have to remain cautious and it's fine.

The management in absolutely fabulous. Not a five-star hotel if that's what you're expecting. They keep it facing relatively good condition.if You're expecting spot-free you're probably better off at like the Marriott but for the price the location six blocks from the ocean. How can you beat it? Know if you're worried about someone asking you for a cigarette occasionally don't stay here. If you never smoked a joint at some time in your life probably the Doubletree is better place for you. I'll be back
The neighborhood isn't the best, but the Inn itself is great. The owners are very nice, friendly and try to accommodate the guests' every need. The housekeeper goes above and beyond to make the guests comfortable. It's right near bus stops, supermarket w/ a Family Dollar store, some convenient stores and laundry mat. The down side is there's no pet policy, no pool or vending. I totally recommend this motel for a short or long-term stay.
For a "Dixie Highway" Motel you can't do better. The management keeps the rif raf out. Best weekly rates in the area. Rooms are clean. Satellite TV with a good selection of channels. The area is seedy with prostitutes and drug dealing. No shopping or dining close by. This place, like most on Dixie Highway, is strictly for the budget-conscious.

The owners are very nice people I have knee and back injurys and the owners go out of their way to help me any way they can, it's really nice to know there are still good people out there, I stay here all the time my experience is pleasant I would recommend this motel over Any in this area hands down
